Day 75

More basment plumbing work and very little sleep due to stressing out.

Day 74

Main plumbing stack in house burst last night making it a VERY STRESSFUL night. Basment flooded w/ sewer. Going on 3 hours sleep

PCOS & DIET

If found a great article that helps explain the importance of the proper diet plan when you have PCOS. Basically they state that "Low fat Diets" don't work well for woman with PCOS. They recommend limiting carbohydrates and if you eat them to group them together with protein and/or fat.

My start weight on February 16th was 193.6lbs as of today I am 172.0lbs. Total weight loss to date 21.6lbs
