YIKES I stepped on the scale 193.5!!

-Went to gym for Step Class

Red Onion
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Hardboiled Egg White
Snack
Naked Red Juice
- I have cut out Carbs and I feel horrible so I will just have to gradually do this. So I will eat healthy carbs during the day but none after 5pm.
Snack
Here is where I hit the wall. I was exhausted and my body felt heavy. I needed some carbs!
Trader Joes Cat Cookies
Crunchers
Dinner
Grilled flank Steak
Balsamic Onions
Green Beans
Overall I did OK- I just coulnd't take feeling so crappy so I caved- I could have picked healthier options. I will plan better tomorrow.
