I don't feel like I am using my time wisely so I have to get into a schedule.
I am planning ahead so I can get a better schedule going. I gotta wake up at 8 and get to the gym by 9 so I can do 1 hour cardio and 30 min weights. Then run errands.
I DID IT!! I followed the plan. I am home to shower and then heading out the door to enjoy this gorgeous day walking atound the farmers market. Hoping to find some mangos and canteloupe. I am craving them.
