Makin a new plan
I was very disappointed with this weeks weigh-in. I felt that I had made several sacrifices like- got chicken and salad at a restaurant known for their burgers, I passed on birthday cake, after my stair climb I only ate a banana when I could have eaten pizza, sandwiches, and other snacks they were handing out. So when I stepped onto the scale Tuesday Morning I was very disappointed to see I had only lost .2 lbs. Ok so I feel like I need to make a better schedule for myself since I don't feel I have gotten into a good routine. So I have decided that I need to set a schedul for myself. I want to wake up at 8am get ready for the gym and eat something. Get to the gym by 9am and do at least 1 hr cardio and 30 min weight training. I also plan to eat more. I think that maybe I just didn't get in enough food- maybe that is why I did't see a better loss on the scale.
